1. A propulsion control apparatus of an electric motor vehicle comprising:
a first power converter that is configured to be connectable to a direct-current common section and, when direct-current power from the direct-current common section is input, operates as a DC/AC converter, converts the direct-current power into desired alternating-current power, and supplies the alternating-current power to a first motor or an alternating-current power supply source that generates a driving force for the vehicle, when regenerative power from the first motor or alternating-current power from the alternating-current power supply source is input from a first input and output end side, operates as an AC/DC converter, converts the regenerative power or the alternating-current power into direct-current power, and outputs the direct-current power to the direct-current common section via a second input and output end different from the first input and output end, when direct-current power is input from the first input and output end side, operates as a DC/DC converter and outputs desired direct-current power to the second input and output end side, and, when direct-current power is input from the second input and output end side, operates as a DC/DC converter and outputs desired direct-current power to the first input and output end side; a second power converter that is configured to be connectable to the direct-current common section and, when direct-current power is input from the direct-current common section, operates as a DC/AC converter, converts the direct-current power into desired alternating-current power, and supplies the alternating-current power to a second motor different from the first motor or the alternating-current power supply source, when regenerative power from the second motor or alternating-current power from the alternating-current power supply source is input from a first input and output end side, operates as an AC/DC converter, converts the regenerative power or the alternating-current power into direct-current power, and outputs the direct-current power to the direct-current common section via a second input and output end different from the first input and output end, when direct-current power is input from the first input and output end side, operates as a DC/DC converter and outputs desired direct-current power to the second input and output end side, and, when direct-current power is input from the second input and output end side, operates as a DC/DC converter and outputs desired direct-current power to the first input and output end side; a power storage device functioning as a direct-current power supply source that is configured to be connectable to the direct-current common section and the first input and output end side of the first power converter and is charged using the direct-current power supplied from the direct-current common section or the first input and output end side or discharges the direct-current power to the direct-current common section or the first input and output end side; and a control device that controls operations of the first power converter, the second power converter, and the power storage device. |
