The present invention relates to a repair and reinforcement material and a repair and reinforcement method using the same which can adhere a repair and reinforcement material of a geotextile solidification mat to a portion to be repaired and reinforced of a concrete structure and increase an adhesion force and constructability while maintaining physical and mechanical characteristics of the repair and reinforcement material of a composition through a spray method, whereby the concrete structure and the repair and reinforcement material are integrated with each other so that adhesion performance is stably ensured, resulting in the enhancement of durability, and constructability for integrating the concrete structure and the repair and reinforcement material can be simplified, thereby reducing working time.
