<p>The present invention relates to a dyeing machine for dyeing a fabric such as a fiber, a thread, etc., and more specifically, relates to a high soft dyeing machine having a nozzle, a fabric transferring pipe, and a fabric basket inside a cylindrical body. A pump and a dyeing solution supply pipe are connected to the nozzle, and the fabric is supplied from the fabric basket to the fabric transferring pipe through a transferring reel, which is rotated. By installing front and rear arranging elements at a front end of the fabric basket and installing left and right arranging elements between the fabric transferring pipe and the fabric basket, the present invention enables to thoroughly use an inner area of the fabric basket in the high soft dyeing machine, and the fabric is arranged in a zigzag form in front and rear directions and in left and right directions. Therefore, the present invention enables to reduce a twist or a lump of the fabric and to transfer the fabric at high speed. Due to a high speed transfer of the fabric, dyeing time can be reduced and dyeing can be uniformly conducted, therefore the present invention enables to produce high quality dyed fabrics in large quantities. Since arrangement in left and right directions and an arrangement speed in front and rear directions in association with a transfer speed of the fabric can be changed, the present invention enables to allow optimal dyeing and high-quality dyeing to be done in accordance with a type, a texture, or the thickness of the fabric.</p> |
