PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a receivable period for a service request from a client.SOLUTION: Provided is a service request reception system for optimizing a receivable period and calculating necessary man-hours by: extracting a business flow and a business process from a business flow definition table 230 and a business process definition table 240 stored in a business management database 130 on the basis of a business flow and a business process matching a service request; calculating predicted work time based on past results stored in a business flow result table 210 and a business process result table 220 on the basis of the business flow and the business process; and extracting an optimum receivable period on the basis of the predicted work time. |
