<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a higher image quality moving image by performing noise reduction processing.SOLUTION: In an empty area, noise removal is prioritized because the possibility of causing an afterimage is low, and a cyclic coefficient is made larger than a normal cyclic coefficient. On the other hand, in a person area, a cyclic coefficient is made smaller than the normal cyclic coefficient because an afterimage is easily generated by the movement or the like of a subject himself/herself even though an imaging device is stationary and because the afterimage is conspicuous. Further, in a tree area and a lawn area, a cyclic coefficient is determined as to whether an encoding coefficient is equal to or more than a prescribed value.</p> |
