<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill in which combustion exhaust gas is efficiently taken into a flue from a grill box so as to improve combustibility of a burner, and a fluid material such as boiled-over liquid that infiltrates into the flue from an air outlet is discharged from the flue so that cleaning can be performed easily.SOLUTION: A grill 1 includes: a grill box 10 for accommodating an item to be cooked; a burner 2 provided on a ceiling part 11 of the grill box 10 for heating the item to be cooked; and a flue 3 communicated with an air outlet 31 in the rear upper part from a rear wall part 12 of the grill box 10 for guiding combustion exhaust gas of the burner 2 to the air outlet 31. A current plate 7 that extends to the front of the grill box 10 for vertically dividing the space is provided at a position close to a bottom face 33 of the flue 3 at an entrance 32 of the flue 3 so as to guide the combustion exhaust gas to the upper side of the entrance 32 of the flue 3.</p> |
