The UE comprises: a receiving unit, used to receive logged MDT configuration information; a measurement unit, used to perform logged MDT measurement according to the logged MDT configuration information. In the present invention, logged MDT configuration information is received, and logged MDT measurement is performed according to the logged MDT configuration information, thereby achieving logged MDT measurement.
