PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot pedal structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle which inhibits scratches of peripheral components without significantly separating a brake pedal from the peripheral components.SOLUTION: A brake pedal 68 includes: at least an arm part 68B extending from a step support member 711R in a fore and aft direction; and a pedal part 68C attached to a tip of the arm part 68B and extending in a vehicle width direction. An upper extended body 761 extending from a tread in an upper direction and formed by a plate-like member is provided at an end part of the pedal part 68C, the end part located at the inner side in the vehicle width direction.
