<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for preventing the breakage of a laminate film in a laminate type battery.SOLUTION: A laminate type battery has: a generating element which has a positive pole, a negative pole, and a separator interposed between the positive pole and the negative pole; and a sheath material which seals the generating element by encapsulating at least a part of a peripheral edge portion of a laminate film covering the generating element by thermal fusion. The laminate film is made by laminating a thermal fusion resin layer, a metallic layer, and a haet-resistant resin layer in this order. In an encapsulating portion encapsulated by the thermal fusion, the laminate film is disposed oppositely to the thermal fusion resin layer. A first protection member A is disposed between the thermal fusion resin layers, and the first protection member A contains resin base material and inorganic oxide.</p> |
