PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility monitoring control system capable of maintaining high calorie foods with the priority by using the power stored in a storage battery upon a power failure.SOLUTION: A monitoring control apparatus 10 includes: a monitoring section 10a that monitors food in/out information which is transmitted from an operation terminal 11 and status information which is transmitted from a power source unit 15; a database 10d which stores calorie information registered for the respective kinds of foods; and a control section 10b that, upon a power failure, controls refrigerators 14 to terminate the operation in order from a refrigerator 14 with the smaller food stock total calorie calculated based on the food in/out information while referring to the database 10d as the remaining power amount in the storage battery 15b decreases.
