PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated type inverter which improves the productivity of the assembly process of a solar cell module and the structural stability of the solar cell module, and to provide the solar cell module including the integrated type inverter.SOLUTION: An integrated type inverter according to one embodiment of the invention is used in a solar cell module including a solar cell panel and includes: a terminal connected with the solace cell panel; a by-pass diode electrically connected with the terminal; an inverter member including a dc/ac inverter electrically connected with the by-pass diode; and a case in which at least one of the terminal and the by-pass diode and the dc/ac inverter are positioned and integrated.
