The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing hydrogen water that comprises a case formed with an insertion hole to insert an outlet of a vase in the top; a battery included in the case to apply power to electrodes; and an electrode unit installed at the bottom of the insertion hole, having one side electrode disposed on the side facing the insertion hole and other side electrode disposed on the side facing the bottom side of the case, and having a layer between the two electrodes to ionize water contained in the vase inserted into the insertion hole and generate hydrogen.
