<p>Dog leash incorporating a padded chain collar attached to the chain leash with a figure 8 number lock, a retractable lock which holds the chain and is extendable to fit around a secure point, and then looped back into the lock and secured again with a numbered lock, the first 20 centimetres of the retractable lock is rubber foam coated to serve as the handle for the leash.
