The present invention relates to a marine oil spill separation and collection apparatus enabled to readily remove an oil spill from a river, a reservoir or the ocean using a density difference between the water and the oil. The marine oil spill separation and collection apparatus, according to the present invention, includes: a separation body having a separation space for accommodating a water-oil mixture provided therein and having a mixture inflow part formed at one side thereof to allow the mixture to flow into the separation space; a drainage member connected to the separation body so as to communicate therewith such that one end thereof is positioned lower than the water level of the mixture in order that the water accommodated in the separation space and separated from the oil due to the density difference is discharged to the outside of the separation body; and a drainage unit including a length controller for vertically raising and lowering the height of the upper end of the drainage member, which is exposed to the outside of the separation body, in order to control the level of the water inside the separation body. |
