The present invention relates to a virtual desktop service. The present invention discloses a system for providing the server virtual machine, a service method, and a configuration of a server apparatus. The system includes: a client allocated with a virtual machine for using a virtual desktop service; a management server sorting types of the virtual machines to be allocated based on user terminal registration information of the client, selecting one operation server from a plurality of operation servers and controlling the virtual machines to be allocated; a plurality of operation servers providing the client with the virtual machines according to the management server control; and a shared storage storing data related to the client for providing the virtual machine and providing the data to the operation servers.
