The present invention relates to a complex optical sheet and an optical display device including the same. The complex optical sheet comprises: a first optical sheet; a second optical sheet which is formed under the first optical sheet and includes a second optical pattern; and an adhesion layer formed between the first optical sheet and the second optical sheet. At least a part of the second optical pattern adheres to the adhesion layer, and the adhesion layer includes a low-reflective ratio particle.
