<p>The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a polydopamine nanoparticle, which comprises the steps of: manufacturing a solution of a hydrogen ion concentration exponent (pH) of 9-13 (step 1); mixing the solution manufactured in step 1 and dopamine salts (step 2); and stirring the mixed solution manufactured in step 2. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a polydopamine nanoparticle is capable of controlling the size of a polydopamine nanoparticle generated in accordance with a hydrogen ion concentration exponent (pH), and having uniform distribution of the size of the generated polydopamine nanoparticle. In addition, according to the present invention, a polydopamine nanoparticle can be biologically applied to various fields due to excellent adhesive properties, and can be used in research and other fields such as a radiological image, industrial fields of medical treatment, nanotechnology, high tech machines, etc.</p> |
