PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for easy adjustment of internal pressure at the time of heating process, along with a packaging body using the same.SOLUTION: At a lid part 4 that closes an upper end opening 2a of a container 2, a vapor releasing cut 3 for releasing vapor at the time of heating is formed. In order to close the cut 3, a sealing film 5 comprising a base material film 8 and a shrink film 7 is pasted. At the time of heating process, the shrink film 7 shrinks, and both end parts in the shrinking direction depart from the base material film 8 side and the lid part 4 side respectively to curl like a core. Between the base material film 8 side and the lid part 4 side, a gap that extends along the direction orthogonal to the shrinking direction is formed. The vapor releasing cut 3 communicates with the space outside the sealing film 5 through the gap. |
