A reinforcing casing concrete buckling restrained brace, comprising a core part (1), a bonding-free material (2), a reinforcing part (3) and a restraining part (4). The restraining part (4) is arranged on the periphery of the core part (1); a casing is filled with concrete or mortar to form the restraining part (4); the bonding-free material (2) wraps the surface of the core part (1); the reinforcing part (3) is added to the outer surface of the bonding-free material (2); the flat lateral side or the flange outer lateral side of the reinforcing part is closely attached to the surface of the bonding-free material (2) along the length direction of the core part; the bonding-free material (2) which wraps the core part (1) and the closely-attached reinforcing part (3) are placed in the restraining part (4) together. According to the buckling restrained brace of the present invention, the extrusion force transmitted from a core plate is borne through the reinforcing part or a combination of the reinforcing part and the concrete or the mortar due to the reinforcing part, and meanwhile the extrusion force can be uniformly transmitted through the reinforcing part to a large area of concrete or mortar block surface layer which is arranged on the other side of the reinforcing part.
