PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indium coated silver powder which can maintain a low internal resistance value of a silver electrode while reducing a contact resistance in an interface between the silver electrode and a semiconductor layer.SOLUTION: A conductive paste, which contains indium coated silver powder with indium content of 0.1 mass%-10 mass%, and in which the indium content relative to the total mass of the indium and silver powder is 0.01 mass%-0.1 mass%, is used to mold a silver electrode used for a semiconductor device such as a solar battery.
