PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly communicate the contents of a problem to a user when an event such as occurrence of an error in an image formation apparatus connected to a network.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus comprises: an image formation part for forming an image on a paper based on image data; an operation display part for performing an operation and display; a communication part for performing communication via a network; and a control part for performing management and control of the apparatus. The control part activates a remote panel for the image formation apparatus concerned through the communication part with respect to an information terminal device connected to the network hen a predetermined event occurs in the apparatus concerned. As a result, the occurrence of a problem can be promptly communicated to a user by activating the remote panel and without placing a burden on a network traffic.
