<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric manufacturing device which prevents fibers from being adhered to each other and stably forms polymer dissolved in an organic solvent into a nonwoven fabric with high productivity.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric manufacturing device includes: a nozzle which discharges polymer dissolved in an organic solvent from an orifice group 12 arranged at intervals in row in the width direction to form a fiber group; a pair of first fluid flow passages 8a, 8b which are provided on both sides of the nozzle and thin the fiber group by spraying first fluid thereto while introducing the first fluid so as to join at a distal end of the orifice 12; a pair of first walls 20a, 20b which are provided below the pair of first fluid flow passages 8a, 8b in parallel to the flow direction of the fiber group and flows the joined first fluid straightly; and a pair of second fluid flow passages 18a, 18b which are provided with second walls 21a, 21b to eject high-temperature second fluid between the first walls and the second walls in the same direction as the flow direction of the fiber group, spray the second fluid to the fiber group and blow out the fiber group while vaporing the contained organic solvent to accumulate on a carrier arranged opposite to the nozzle.</p> |
