<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing apparatus configured to reduce the number of components and assembling man-hour for fixing toner quantity detection equipment.SOLUTION: A developing apparatus 9 includes: a developing container 20; toner quantity detection equipment 50 arranged on an outer face of the developing container; a developing roller 45 having a magnet roller 46 and a rotation sleeve 47; a conductive blade 49 for regulating a thickness of developer carried on the rotation sleeve 47; a positioning member 60 which positions a magnetic pole of the magnet roller 46 with respect to the developing container 20, and electrically connects the rotation sleeve 47 and the blade 49 to each other; and a cover member 35 for covering the positioning member 60. The positioning member 60 includes a pressing piece 63 having spring property for pressing the toner quantity detection equipment 50 against the outer face of the developer container 20. The pressing piece 63 includes a pressed part 63a to be pressed by the cover member 35, and a pressing part 63b which presses the toner quantity detection equipment 50 through the pressed part 63a being pressed.</p> |
