Support for capillary self-assembly with horizontal stabilisation, manufacturing method and use

The support comprises a reception zone (Z1) having an external envelope matching a shape of a plate that is placed on a droplet deposited in the reception zone to reach a capillary self-assembly of the plate and support portion. A pair of tracks (T11,T12,T21,T22) is extended on the support portion from reception zone and set with lyophilic degrees of affinity with the droplet such that an overflow of the droplet beyond the reception zone is guided in the tracks. The lyophilic degrees of affinity of two tracks with the droplet are different. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) method for capillary self-assembly of plate on support; and (2) method of forming support.
