PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure security for transmission of an image acquired by reading processing according to a scan ticket.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus allows a user to log therein, and to input reading setting information for executing reading processing of a paper document in order to allow another user to execute reading processing, and transmission setting information containing authentication information of a transmission destination for transmitting an image of a read paper document. The image forming apparatus requires, according to the input, of a first management server, generation of a scan ticket containing the reading setting information for executing reading of a paper document, and requires, according to the input, of a second management server, generation of a transmission ticket containing the authentication information and the transmission setting information for transmitting an image of a read paper document. The image forming apparatus executes reading processing of a paper document according to a scan ticket selected from a list of scan tickets, and transmits to the second management server an image acquired by the reading processing in order to transmit the image to a prescribed transmission destination according to the authentication information of the transmission ticket specified from the scan ticket. |
