An embodiment of the present invention provides a power supply apparatus and a power feeding and collecting apparatus using the same. The power supply apparatus includes a plurality of feeding cores which are arranged in parallel to each other with a certain width left therebetween to be dislocated to each other with respect to the longitudinal direction; and a feeding coil is wired to each segment of the feeding cores is applied with power having opposite phase per segment alternately, which can reduce an occurrence range of EMF and provide stable power to a collecting device.
