The present invention relates to an automated material supply device for an automatic two-sided saw grinder for minimizing a load occurring with sawing by grinding a steel sheet material required for production of saws at a fine tapered angle, the automated material supply device which can provide reliability of processing (grinding) quality, be favorable for optimization of work conditions, and in addition, significantly improve productivity by maximizing the automation efficiency of loading and unloading the steel sheet material. An automatic two-sided saw grinder (A) includes a saw two sides grinding area (100) and saw grinding units (200) symmetrically installed at one side and the opposite side with the saw two sides grinding area (100) as the center, wherein a material input device (300) for a grinding process is installed in the front of the saw two sides grinding area (100), a steel material grip-convey device (400) is installed on the material input device (300) for the grinding process to grip and supply a steel material while moving side to side along a rail, a steel material standup unit (500) is installed at one side of the material input device (300) for the grinding process, a steel material stack unit (600) is installed at one side of the steel material standup unit (500), a steel material suck-convey device (700) is installed above the steel material stack unit (600), and a grinding process completed material recollect device (800) is installed at the other side of the material input device (300) for the grinding process. |
