<p>The present invention relates to a solar cell and a solar cell module. According to the present invention, the solar cell module comprises a first solar cell and a second solar cell containing insulation material equipped with multiple first and second electrodes formed at the back on the semiconductor substrate, a first sub electrode and a first sub electrode pad connected to the multiple first electrodes, and a second sub electrode and a second sub electrode pad connected to the multiple first electrodes; and an inter-connector electrically connected to the first sub electrode pad of the first solar cell and the second sub electrode pad of the second solar cell or electrically connected to the second sub electrode pad of the first solar cell or the first sub electrode pad of the second solar cell and the width of a connection from the inter-connector to the first sub electrode pad or to the second sub electrode pad varies in the length direction of the inter-connector. In addition, the width of the first and second electrode pads formed on the insulation material can be varied in the length direction of the first and second sub electrode pads.</p> |
