Disclosed are a driving accident prevention application, a driving accident prevention system using the same, and a driving accident prevention peripheral device. The driving accident prevention application according to the present invention executes: a signal reception step where a communication device of a smart device receives a warning signal from the outside; a signal analysis step where a processor of the smart device analyzes the warning signal; and a warning step where an alerting means of the smart device alerts a user about a vehicle crossing a lane according to the warning signal. Therefore, when a vehicle crosses a lane, drivers in nearby vehicles are alerted to minimize accident damages.
