<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated effluent energy recovery system for recovering the heat quantity of a heated effluent and a recycling heated effluent as high temperature water required in a manufacturing process to reduce the facility and operation number of heat sources such as boilers, and to reduce the temperature of the heated effluent without increasing the discharge quantity of the heated effluent, thereby reducing an environmental load. <P>SOLUTION: The heated effluent energy recovery system is adapted to cool the heated effluent discharged from a heat consumption facility that uses high temperature water to a predetermined cooled temperature and discharging the heated effluent to the outside of the facility or to a drain treatment apparatus. The heated effluent energy recovery system includes a cooling means 15 for cooling without adding water, and a heat insulating hot water tank 4 for storing high temperature water. The cooling means 15 includes a heat pump system 2 lowering the temperature of the heated effluent, and a heat exchanger 3 recovering the unused energy of the heated effluent by heat exchange with the heated effluent and circulating a heat transfer medium between itself and the heat pump system 2 to exchange heat between the heat transfer medium and the heated effluent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
