<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for objectively quantifying the beauty of skin based on a skin image and a technique for achieving the attribution analysis. <P>SOLUTION: This skin image analysis apparatus includes: a blur processing part for applying blur processing to the skin image to be analyzed with predetermined blur intensity to obtain a blurred image; a difference calculation part for generating a bright difference image from which a darker component than the blurred image is removed and a dark difference image from which a brighter component than the blurred image is removed by calculating a difference of contrast information between the skin image to be analyzed and the blurred image; and a representative value calculation part for calculating a pair of a bright component representative value showing the magnitude of the bright component and a dark component representative value showing the magnitude of the dark component based on each color information in the bright difference image and the dark difference image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
