<p>Provided is a conductive roller whose resistance has a small environment-dependence, on the surface of the elastic layer of which the pore size is fine and the surface properties are excellent, and a manufacturing method therefor. Provided is a conductive roller including a shaft 1, and an elastic layer 2 and a surface layer 3 formed on the periphery of the shaft in the order mentioned. The elastic layer 2 is composed of a polyurethane foam containing a polyurethane resin and a waterproofing agent. Also provided is a method of manufacturing the above-mentioned conductive roller. After foaming materials to be added containing the polyurethane resin and waterproofing agent, the foamed materials to be added is applied to the shaft 1 by dipping coating and the elastic layer 2 is formed on the periphery of the shaft 1.</p> |
