<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a plate type heat exchanger having superior heat exchanging efficiency away from being involved in the trouble where a liquid to be processed does not flow therethrough. <P>SOLUTION: One or more fans 152 as rotatable members are disposed on each of a plurality of heat exchange plates 121-124 connected with each other in a flow channel of a liquid to be processed. While the fans 152 are rotated manually or by a driving source, it may be rotated by movement of the liquid.
