<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a circuit inside an electronic apparatus from a surge voltage applied to a power terminal without using an internal power supply of the electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The protective circuit includes an input terminal 101, an output terminal 102, a switch 103 electrically contacting or separating the input terminal 101 and the output terminal, and a discharge signal generation circuit 105 generating discharge control signals X as a power source of its own voltage of an input voltage Vin when the input voltage Vin inputted from the input terminal 101 is larger than a preset voltage Vdd.
