The present invention relates to a height adjustable headrest of a car seat capable of being easily and conveniently used by ensuring safety as being designed to adjust a height in accordance with build of a newborn or an infant on board a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the headrest of a car seat, a first adjuster (120) is fixed to a first rail (140) by inserting a first fixing frame (122) into one among a plurality of first locking grooves (142) by elasticity of a first elastic means (124); a second adjuster (130) is fixed to a second rail (150) by inserting a second fixing frame (132) into one among a plurality of second locking grooves (152) by elasticity of a second elastic means (134); the first adjuster (120) can be moved in a longitudinal direction along the first rail (140) as the first fixing frame (122) is separated from a plurality of first locking grooves (142) if an operating lever (114) is placed in a first state; and the second adjuster (130) can be moved in a longitudinal direction along the second rail (150) as the second fixing frame (132) is separated from a plurality of second locking grooves (152). The height of a headrest (100) can be adjusted by movement of the first adjuster (120) and the second adjuster (130).
