<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive material which has a low electric resistivity, excellent TCR characteristic, and no noble metal, and to provide a resistor paste including the conductive material, a resistor and a thin film. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are: a conductive material expressed by La<SB POS="POST">4-X</SB>Pr<SB POS="POST">X</SB>BaCu<SB POS="POST">5</SB>O<SB POS="POST">13</SB>(0.05≤X≤0.60), whose electric resistivity is reduced by substituting part of a perovskite oxide expressed by La<SB POS="POST">4</SB>BaCu<SB POS="POST">5</SB>O<SB POS="POST">13</SB>with Pr; and a resistor paste, a resistor and a thin film which include the conductive material. Further, the following are provided: a conductive material expressed by LaBaCu<SB POS="POST">5-Y</SB>Co<SB POS="POST">Y</SB>O<SB POS="POST">13</SB>(0.05≤Y≤0.35), whose electric resistivity is reduced by substituting part of a perovskite oxide expressed by La<SB POS="POST">4</SB>BaCu<SB POS="POST">5</SB>O<SB POS="POST">13</SB>with Co; and a resistor paste, a resistor and a thin film which include the conductive material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
