<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film whose dimension is prevented from changing, and to provide a flexible metal clad laminate obtained by laminating a metal foil on the adhesive film. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive film has an adhesive layer having a thickness of 1 to 5μm on at least one surface of a polyimide film having a thickness of 3 to 10μm, wherein the adhesive layer contains an thermoplastic polyimide. The adhesive film has a molecular orientation degree of 1.3 or lower. The polyimide film has a tensile modulus of 4 to 7 GPa and a linear expansion coefficient at 100 to 200°C of 5 to 25 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
