COLLABORATIVE SYSTEM FOR IMPROVEMENT OF THE NUCLEAR POWER PLANT OPERABILITY AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a collaborative supporting system for improving an operability of a nuclear power plant and a method thereof which can provide a communicating interface to collaborate between an operator and site workers. The collaborative supporting system comprises: a wireless communications terminal of at least one worker; a collaborative support display part which outputs various work documents; a connecting part which connects the collaborative support display part and the wireless communications terminal for sending at least one data; and a collaborative supporting device comprising a collaborative supporting server which manages work documents related with the operating situation of a power plant and progress situation of work, is interlocked with the collaborative support display part, searches corresponding workers and work to be executed at an access to the wireless communications terminal and provides work documents related with searched workers data and work to be executed to be outputted on the collaborative support display part.
