A display device includes a substrate on which a plurality of pixel regions and a non-pixel region arranged between the pixel regions are defined, a tunnel shaped cavity which is arranged on the substrate in each pixel region, an image display layer which is arranged on the tunnel shaped cavity, a roof layer which is arranged on the tunnel shaped cavity and is flattened, a black matrix which is arranged on the substrate in the non-pixel region, and a reflection electrode which is arranged on the lower side of the tunnel shaped cavity in a preset region of each pixel region and reflects external light.
