The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating high-concentration ozone water using an electromagnetic field. The apparatus increases ozone solubility by generating an electromagnetic field by applying currents on coils wound around a pipe and an outer circumference of a container which constitute the apparatus. In addition, the apparatus sweeps frequencies of the applied currents from low frequencies to high frequencies as diameters of the pipe and the container around which the coils are wound are different from each other. Therefore, energy is maximized when resonant frequencies proper for the pipe and the container are found; and the apparatus increases ozone solubility of the ozone water.
