FIELD: woodworking industry.SUBSTANCE: device for covering timber particles with a substance includes a gravity chute and a nozzle connected via a feed pipeline to a substance tank. The gravity chute has an inner wall and allows for free fall of the timber particles in the stroke direction. When in the working position, inside the gravity chute there spread is a nozzle beam on which several nozzles are located. All the nozzles are distant from each inner wall of the gravity chute. In order to cover the timber particles with the substance, a flow of timber particles is created in the gravity chute and the substance is applied directly from a place distant from each inner wall of the gravity chute. The timber particle flow passes in a vertical direction at the nozzle beam and considering the shape of the nozzle beam it is separated and processed with several nozzles of the nozzle beam from inside.EFFECT: preventing sticking of the timber particles to the inner walls of the unit parts.17 cl, 5 dwg |
