Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a device substrate comprising the steps of: forming an attachable/detachable layer on a carrier substrate; forming an inorganic adhesive layer on at least a portion of the attachable/detachable layer; forming a process substrate on the carrier substrate; forming a device on the process substrate; and separating the process substrate from the carrier substrate.
