The present invention relates to a high voltage switcher with a safety alarm device to prevent an electrical accident and a distributing board having the same. The high voltage switcher with a safety alarm device comprises a manual lever including a driven bevel gear connected to a motor, a passive bevel gear engaged with the driven bevel gear to have a passive rotational shaft; and a support plate supporting the driven bevel gear and the passive bevel gear. The high voltage switcher is embedded in a main body case. The high voltage switcher comprises: a sensing part sensing rotation of the driven bevel gear and the passive bevel gear, which are driven by operating the motor or manipulating the manual lever; a counting part counting a number of rotation, which is sensed by the sensing part, of the driven bevel gear and the passive bevel gear; a calculating part comparing the number of rotation, which is counted by the counting part, of the driven bevel and the passive bevel gear with a number with an arbitrary reference value and performing a calculation; a control part receiving a calculated result from the calculating part and applying a control signal when the number of rotation of the driven bevel gear and the passive bevel gear is equal to the number with the reference value; and a driving part receiving the control signal from the control part to generate an alarm and emit light. |
