PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately abd individually identify a user terminal using a transaction service, and to enable transaction information on the user terminal to be acquired.SOLUTION: Display information transaction means is configured to transmit to a user terminal display information allowing a transaction relevant screen about a transaction service to be displayed by a browser and a file instructed in the display information and having user terminal identification given. Transaction information accumulation means is configured to create the user terminal identification information so as not to be overlapped among the user terminals unless the user terminal identification is notified from the user terminal desiring to display the transaction relevant screen, and when the user terminal identification information is notified, accumulate the user terminal identification information and transaction information about the transaction service for the user terminal in association with each other in a database using the notified user terminal identification information. Transaction information acquisition means is configured to acquire the transaction information associated with the user terminal identification information from the database.
