The present invention relates to a container distribution system rapidly and efficiently performing a distribution transfer work loading and unloading a container ship with a container. According to the present invention, the purpose of the container distribution system is to load or unload the container in a port having a docking unit to enable the container ships to dock in parallel to each other. The container distribution system comprises: a plurality of main cranes having a transfer support extended in a left and a right direction of the container ship and spaced in a longitudinal direction of the container ship; and a transfer conveyor transferring the container in the longitudinal direction of the container ship between the container ships.
