USAGE OF MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL TO PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION PREPARATION FOR RECOVERY OF ANIMAL JOINT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reproducing a cartilage tissue on a joint including a half moon tissue by repairing and/or stabilizing a joint by administration of a mesenchymal stem cell to the joint.SOLUTION: Provided is the usage of an allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell for preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for repairing an animal joint and a pharmacological allowance carrier, in which the allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell and the pharmacological allowance carrier are used for preparation of the pharmaceutical composition for treating osteoarthritis of the animal at a part which is damaged due to half moon damage. For protecting cartilage of the joint at the part where half moon damage of an animal is damaged, and for repairing the half moon tissue in the joint, the allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell for preparation of the pharmaceutical composition for stimulating differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cell to the half moon tissue or production of the half moon tissue, is used. The allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell for preparation of the pharmaceutical composition for relaxing joint pain of the animal is used.
