Provided are an angle measurement spectroradiometer and a measuring method therefor. The angle measurement spectroradiometer comprises: a light source which performs a rotation motion along a light source axis; a first integrating unit which performs a revolution motion with a certain radius on the basis of the light source against a revolution axis vertical to the light source axis and contains an inlet formed in the direction facing the light source; a light quantity modulating unit for modulating a quantity of light received through the first integrating unit according to a rotation amount of the revolution axis; and a detecting unit for measuring an output light of the light quantity modulating unit by each wavelength.
