PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system capable of simply confirming whether a document, such as a medical chart is correctly associated with various relevant apparatuses.SOLUTION: The management system manages, for example, a document, such as a medical chart of a patient in association with an apparatus, such as a container in medical relations. A document side ID area is defined on the document, and a document side ID, for example, a patient ID is applied. In addition, an apparatus arrangement area is defined in the document or other work places, and an operator arranges an apparatus within the apparatus arrangement area. An apparatus side ID, such as a patient ID is preliminarily applied to an apparatus. Photographing means, such as a camera photographs a document and an apparatus arrangement area as a photographic image. The document side ID and the apparatus side ID are respectively read from the photographic image, and whether the document side ID and the apparatus side ID are coincident is determined. Then, a photographed date by the photographing means, the photographic image, the document side ID, the apparatus side ID, and a coincidence determination result are associated with one another to be stored in a management database. |
