Provided are a method for transmitting a reference signal and a user equipment. The method comprises: a first user equipment determining a first identifier relevant to the first user equipment (110); the first user equipment determining a first cyclic shift indication from cyclic shift indications to be selected according to the first identifier (120); the first user equipment determining a first reference signal according to the first cyclic shift indication and a preset basic sequence (130); and the first user equipment sending the first reference signal to a second user equipment (140). The use of the present invention realizes the transmission of reference signals in device-to-device (D2D) communication. |
