The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle and, more specifically, to an air conditioner for a vehicle capable of reinforcing the strength of a drain hose by installing an elastic member (steel coil spring) inside the drain hose along the drain hose; uniformly maintaining the inner diameter of the drain hose due to the reinforced strength of the drain hose; maintaining the originally designed shaped of the drain hose; and preventing a backflow of condensate water generated when the drain hose is stepped by a passenger.
